SAMPLE ENGAGEMENT

The Future Fit Operating Model

A global public company came forward with a Global Future of Work Location Strategy which had significant implications for the Canadian business and HR team.

The Canadian employee footprint had grown exponentially, with plans to continue growing significantly over the following year. The Canada-based roles were shifting from locally-focused roles to also include global roles that had not resided in Canada previously. The Global HRBP structure was in place but the local HR team’s roles and delineation of responsibilities had not been crystallized.

We conducted a holistic review of the structure and responsibilities of the Canadian HR team to ensure it was set up

and resourced to support future business strategy and growth. Stakeholder interviews and analysis, HR operating model reviews, and visioning workshops were conducted over a series of months culminating in recommendations to organizational structures, established culture/behaviours, and defined processes, technologies and capabilities to ensure a more sustainable HR team for the future.
